All too often we are not clear on communicating our expectations.
Recently, I requested my Full Contact Coaching© clients to respond to a survey by the end of the month.
Wow, was that poor communication on my part! After getting a pathetic response to my survey, I discovered what was missing.
I was not specific enough.
I restated my request as follows: “Gentlemen, I need to have this survey completed
by Friday, July 22 no later than 5 PM Eastern standard Time.
Result––100% performance success.
