Work-Life Balance: What Are You Thankful for in your Dental Practice or Life?

by Dr. Ron Arndt

I’m ALIVE when I should have been DEAD!

Distinguish Your Dental PracticeI am a man of many foibles yet I somehow have been chosen to be around a little bit longer…Thank You GOD!

This week I celebrated being alive for 25 fabulous years. When I was just 41 years old, on Sunday, August 7, 1988, I survived a life-threatening heart attack that required a helicopter ride to the Cleveland Clinic and emergency angioplasty when this procedure was in its infancy.

One of the many lessons these 25 years has taught me is to never miss the opportunity to be thankful for my blessings because, in the flash-of-an-eye, it might be all over with the exception of all the shouting.

There is not much more for me to say but Thank You for all the good news that has happened in my life, including you being a subscriber or visitor to my blog. Click here to view some of the Good Things that have happened in my life over the past 25 years thanks to GOD’s blessing. All of which I would have missed had it not been for the gift of life.

What are you thankful for? Please share in the comments below, or on my facebook page.

  1. Everyday I am thankful that I have 3 healthy and well adjusted children. I see so many children with either birth defects or illnesses or mental problems (any it keeps rising) that I thank God that my children so far have been happy and healthy.
