Meet Dr. Ron, The Dental Coach™
My name is Dr. Ron Arndt and I am a dental coach. I coach and support my clients around dental practice management.
I practiced clinical dentistry for 20 years in North Ridgeville, Ohio. I grew my dental practice to operate among the top five-percent nationwide. During that time, I developed and coordinated a solo-group concept that integrated two specialties with two comprehensive general family practitioners. So, I’ve “been-there-done-that” and I’m convinced I’ve made all the mistakes. Mistakes I believe I can help you avoid. In 2010, I published a book, “Killing the Practice Before it Kills You”, as a way of sharing my mistakes and the path to build a thriving dental practice.
Along the way, I completed an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and earned my Master’s in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). I was recruited by one of the nation’s leading financial planning and investment firms and spent five years in several executive roles. Thanks to these experiences, I have blended thirty-five years of clinical practice and entrepreneurship with the opportunity to work with and help dentists who would rather be in control of their practice, rather than their practice controlling them. The result is that the doctor thinks, acts and behaves like a CEO…where they lead more, manage less and they are much more profitable in less time.
